Today I started a new blog called Losing Rocks and I need your help.  I really need folks like you to keep me accountable and support me along the way.

My goal is to lose 78 pounds in 6 1/2 months.

I’m super nervous but with folks like you, I know it’s going to be a blast.

I just wanted to say that I’m the absolutely luckiest guy EVER!  I blessed to have the best wife in the whole wide world EVERYDAY!  Today is my lovely wife Sarah’s 23rd Birthday.  Not only are we going to have a fun weekend, but I just wanted to publicly let Sarah know how much I love & appreciate her.
