Great session tonight on USTREAM. As always, shared great information that’s applicable to forums but also easily transferred to any social media.

Great show. I had been pondering what to do with my community. I needed a boost to get me back into being more present. I had also been thinking about having a help desk for my community, because i don’t have the time or money to keep taking phone consultations but can answer a question everyone now and then for someone needed mini pr & marketing
