I’m excited to see who it is. I love to learn from other people.

My guess is … Oprah

Because you love her show and cry all the time. Plus she (and/or the people who work for her) have built a business empire.

Jason

Ummm…sorry Mr Marshall - although I’m going to be profiling Oprah very soon, she’s not “the One” I’ll be profiling on Monday.

Thanks for chiming in!

I am guessing maybe Frank Kern. It was a toss up between him or John Reece.

Comment by Alejandro Reyes (85 comments.)
2008-05-12 23:17:53

Although those guys rock - I’m talking about “Famous Entrepreneurs.” Folks that have some “celebrity” and are more mainstream.

But if it was for Internet Marketers - frank & john would DEF be up there.

I’ll give ya another guess!

Gotcha, Gotcha…

Well then my guess is Martha Stewart.

She’s the bomb, seriously who doesn’t love Martha?

Even after the whole jailing thing she’s still on top of her game.

There’s lots to learn from someone who went against the grain and didn’t put her eggs all in one basket and became the the go to person in ALL aspects of the home.

Comment by Alejandro Reyes (85 comments.)
2008-05-12 23:36:47

Even thought Martha is a “gangsta” in my eyes now, its not here. Definitely going to be profiling her though.

Her commercial with Usher rocks!

2008-05-13 07:18:20

yep, I reckon it’s gotta be JAy-Z.
He’s the top entrepreneur of the rap game, being the first rapper to hold off til it was agreed that he could keep the rights to his masters.
that’s a big thing in the music industry - unheard of. he’s then gone on to raise artists such as Rihanna.

how’s fatherhood treating you?

Comment by Alejandro Reyes (85 comments.)
2008-05-13 17:37:41

Tony good guess cause Jay Z is on the list - but it’s not him!

Ok, how about Richard Branson?

Hmmm… maybe not, he has acting credits. Who knew? He was:

-”Man at Airport Security” in Casino Royale
-”Shuttle Engineer” in Superman REturns
-”Balloon Man” in Around the World in 80 Days
and was even on an episode of Friends.

Where does he find the time?

I’ll keep thinking…

Comment by Alejandro Reyes (85 comments.)
2008-05-13 18:55:24

Well Richard is at the TOP of the list that’s for sure - but he would be too easy.

He has ALL the time in the world. C’mon girl if you had that much money - you know you’d be in movies too! More branding I guess…LOL

Or, how about one more guess…Wayne Huizenga?

Comment by Alejandro Reyes (85 comments.)
2008-05-14 00:25:25

Why do you think it’s wayne & ted?

Comment by Dave Webb (5 comments.)
2008-05-14 01:47:54

Because they both have had outstanding entrepreneurial careers across a wide spectrum of business, entertainment, sports & philanthropy. They have conquered adversity, and been innovators and trend-setters in their industries, And they’ve have had the success mindset that’s needed to excel. That’s pretty general & I could go on and on with specifics, but that’s what you’re gonna do!

Oh, and they’re both about as much of a match to Mark Cuban as I could think of!

Am I close?

Not sure how many guesses were allowed but what about.
Bill Gates for all of the obvious reasons, including charity work and giving back to the community.
Or Sergey Bin and Larry Page the cofounders of Google?

How many guesses are we allowed?
